Please submit a paper title, abstract, author list, presenter name, and presenter affiliation by 26 July 2026 to .

We strongly encourage participation both with and without a paper presentation. Since the number of presentation slots is limited, we may not be able to accommodate all submitted papers in the program. Preference for presentation will be given to junior researchers. Please indicate in your submission whether you would still like to attend the workshop if your paper cannot be presented.

Registration

To register, please complete the following steps by 16 August 2026:

Pay the conference fee of EUR 80 via credit card on the payment page.

Participants from WU: please do not pay by credit card. Instead, contact us directly at .

Credit card payment

Open the payment page and use the Register account link to create a WUniverse account. Enter your email address and choose a password.
Confirm your registration by clicking the link in the confirmation email, tick the checkbox, and click Complete Registration.
Open the payment link again. If you are not already logged in, log in with your email address and password. You will then be redirected to the workshop payment page.
Enter your personal data, including your first name, last name, and address or university. The credit card form will then appear. Enter your credit card details and click Pay now.

The conference fee covers coffee breaks, the workshop dinner, and the flash-talk breakfast.
